Lyme Disease, Amazon, & Kwana

The poor dog that we're babysitting starting badly limping this weekend. We took him to the vet and found out he has high levels of lyme disease. Ugh. Poor little guy - he's only 10 months old. They put him on antibiotics and he seems to be doing better, but still. Yuck. Such an awful disease for dogs and humans. :-(

In book news, watched Amazon ranking yesterday. Low of around 8,000. High of about 25,000. Not sure what that means, of course, so really even mentioning it is silly. I won't go look again. Really, I won't. **grin**

Monday shout out to my friend Kwana - a most excellent chick from NYC. She just got an agent!! You go girl!!! Kwana's the artist behind the Chick Lit group's artwork. Very talented in lots of ways.
