Back to work!

Back to work this morning, though I've been working off and on all through the holidays. No two weeks off for me like some people! Oh well. I get bored staying home anyway.

Today I interviewed Scott Hamilton, the Olympic Gold Medalist Ice Skater. He has a new book out: The Great Eight: How To Be Happy (Even When You Have Every Reason To Be Miserable” And he certainly did seem happy - upbeat, lively, fun to talk to both on camera and off. He's definitely had a life of highs and lows - from figure skating success to surviving both testicular cancer and a brain tumor. I can't even imagine!

Anyway, file him under nice, genuine, down-to-Earth celeb types.

Three days left til we head to Cozumel. I so cannot wait to leave the cold weather behind! Seriously, why do we people content ourselves to live in cold climates when we could live somewhere warm? I love NYC but I can't fathom living here forever and a good part of that is due to the weather!
