Childhood TV Shows

I was reading a NY Times article about how Sesame Street is on DVD now but some of the early episodes are not suitable for today's children. LOL. Crazy. Now I want to go back and watch those. I was ADDICTED to that show as a kid.

Anyway, I thought I'd look up on YouTube to see if I could find a clip from one of my other favorite shows - 3-2-1 Contact. Specifically the mystery segment "The Bloodhound Gang" that aired in the last five minutes of the show. (Except on Fridays when they did a recap show.)

So here's an episode for those of you who might have missed this classic TV drama!! LOL.

Love it!

Of course, I was a Square One girl myself, and I loved "Mathnet."

The news that Sesame Street is inappropriate for kids was *some* scandalous!!

I LOVED 321 Contact, particularly the Bloodhound Gang. Between this and our Luke Skywalker crushes, we'd have been inseparable as kids. :) I don't understand how old Sesame Street is 'inappropriate' when so much about our current world is 'inappropriate'. Grr. We were raised on those old episodes of Sesame Street, we came out okay, right? (Maybe that question's better left unanswered) :) Oh, and PS to Diana, I was addicted to Square One too.
